Starting my career at Beeline, I had a chance to participate in the biggest telco M&A of the 2000s in Europe. I've led an OSS transformation at Rostelecom and MGTS, joined Sber bank as a Head of Product in Customers Relations, and later led InnerSource adoption across the Sber group.

My engineering background and customer care cases help me design digital services with empathy, enhance people's lives and meet business needs.

Originally from Russia, I built my career in telcos and product teams in the world of fintech, led my own all-remote agency from Thailand, and now I brewing my magic in Auckland, New Zealand.

I am really passionate about tech and giving back to the community; that is why I'm helping youngsters explore careers in the tech industry and being a mentor for the Russian community. Besides, I organised the 2019 API1 and InnerSource conference back in Moscow.

When not at work, you can find me hiking in the National Parks with my loved one and our son.
